Not a Mirror Reflection

Mt. Hood from Trillium Lake, Oregon, June 2016. While walking the trail around the lake, the sky did have few interesting clouds crowning the peak, so I got excited for a possibility of a nice sunset. But of course, with my luck, before the sun started to set, clouds quickly dispersed and, the rest you can see on the photograph above. Wind picked up, and getting the reflection of Mt. Hood in the lake became impossible. Well, there is always next time.

Crowned

The clouds lingered around the top of Mt. Hood during majority of the day as we hiked to Paradise Park. Taken at Zig Zag Canyon overlook.

Solitude

On Fire

The sunset colors were so intense, this is how strongly projected onto the north east sky over the Grand Canyon. Looks amazing printed on lustre paper and framed.
